eno energy GmbH increases sales and improves earnings in the 2018 financial year
According to preliminary figures, eno energy GmbH increased its sales and earnings in the 2018 financial year. The company, which operates the project development, general contractor and operational management business for renewable energy projects, increased its sales volume to a good EUR 86 million and thus by around 6 % compared to the previous year. Thanks to strict cost discipline, eno simultaneously reduced its operating expenses by around 5%, so that the EBITDA margin (earnings before interest, depreciation and taxes) improved from 5.9% in 2017 to a good 10%.

Slottsbol is another project in the Swedish history of the eno Group in which eno energy not only acted as EPC provider, but also organised the equity financing with the help of a consortium of Swedish private investors. The wind farm is located in southern Sweden, about 60 km southwest of the city of Örebro, in an area dominated by high plateaus.
eno energy completes sale of further wind farms
eno energy successfully sold two more wind farms with a total of 23 MW of installed capacity this month. Together, the projects currently under construction will supply around 18,000 households with renewable electricity in the future. As general contractor, eno energy is responsible for project planning, financing, turbine supply and EPC implementation.
eno energy strengthens management
The renewable energy developer and engineering service provider eno energy from Rostock is strengthening its management as of 01 October 2018. Christian Oliver Schulz, the former head of the energy sector at ING Bank in Frankfurt am Main, and Stefan Bockholt, the long-standing technical director of the eno energy Group, will jointly take over the management of eno energy from 1 October 2018.

Once again this year, on the second weekend in August, around 250 participants made their way to the Baltic Sea coast to take part in the successful mix of technically demanding lectures and large-scale maritime event. Organised by the BWE, the VDMA and eno energy, Rostock Wind, now in its seventh year, has become a trademark in the field of onshore wind energy far beyond the northeast.
